Fri 8 May 2015 In: International News View at Wayback

Judge John Gerrard says the case is a no-go A US federal judge has dismissed a woman's attempt to sue all the gay people in the world. Nebraska woman Sylvia Ann Driskell, 66, tried to take the action as an ambassador for God and Jesus Christ. She delivered the court a seven-page, handwritten petition saying the action is because gay people are breaking “religious and moral laws.” Judge John Gerrard says it's court to decide whether homosexuality is sinful. "The United States Federal Courts were created to resolve actual cases and controversies arising under the Constitution and the laws of the United States," Judge Gerrard said. "A federal court is not a forum for debate or discourse on theological matters."
