DTI News reports a law change which came into effect on 1 January means lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people can marry and co-habitat without being interfered or fined. "They can organise wedding parties and live together but their marriage is not legally recognised by a certificate of marriage," that official, Ming Hong, says.
