Shrien and Anni Dewani A British millionnaire has been acquitted of hiring hit men to murder his wife on their honeymoon in South Africa, allegedly because he is gay and felt trapped into marriage due to family pressures. Prosecutors said Shrien Dewani hired a taxi driver and another man to kill Anni Dewani in a faked armed hold-up. The two men were found guilty of the murder and claimed they were hired to do the killing by the husband who is said to be gay. He has said he is bisexual and loved his wife. The case was heard in the Western Cape High Court and Anni Dewani's family left the court in shock after the verdict. Shrien Dewani is said to now be considering legal action against the prosecutors while his late wife's family are considering launching a civil case against him
