Thu 13 Nov 2014 In: New Zealand Daily News View at Wayback

The Floating Pavilion will now host the event RainbowYOUTH has received so many RSVPs for its 25th anniversary reunion next week, it’s moved it to a larger venue. Supporter ASB has come to the party and helped with the location shift from the ASB Cube to The Floating Pavilion on Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour. Anyone who has been involved in the lgbti youth support organisation over the years has been invited to head along and celebrate on Wednesday night. RainbowYOUTH was formed in Auckland in 1989 by a group of young people, who initially named it Auckland Lesbian and Gay Youth (ALGY). It’s since had a name change and moved locations a number of times, becoming one of the largest youth-run, youth-led charitable organisations in New Zealand.
