Christchurch couple bows out of MKR

Thu 23 Oct 2014 In: New Zealand Daily News View at Wayback

Christchurch couple Ricki-Mae Paisley and Jessie Smulders have left My Kitchen Rules in a mixture of emotion and humour. After just holding their place on the reality cooking show by narrowly winning a sudden death cook-off last week, they lost another to friends and champions of edible weeds, Neena and Belinda. The popular, fun couple dubbed the ‘Christchurch Cuties’ set aside the bickering to work well together in the kitchen. Dubbed the most improved team, their fellow contestants were in tears at seeing them leave. The couple were full of love after their exit, posting on Facebook: There are now just four teams left in the competition.
