It's Pink Shirt Day, and people up and down the country are getting in the spirit - from the Greens, to The Drag Kings, to the police Bluelight team and the Mad Butcher! The Greens are more like The Pinks today The Drag Kings The Mad Butcher The Mr Vintage team Sacha McNeil and Jacinda Ardern on Firstline this morning The police Bluelight team Newstalk ZB's Lorna Subritzky The Genesis Youth Trust Polly and Grant Akira from the NZAF The Pink Shirt Day concept comes from Canada - after a young boy at a school in Nova Scotia got bullied for wearing a pink shirt to school and some older students decided to show their support of him and opposition to bullying.
