Uganda plans another anti-gay law

A new law is to be drafted in Uganda which would ban any non-government organisation from promoting gay sex, or helping gay people. It comes on the back of the nation’s law introducing life prison sentences for ‘aggravated homosexuality’. There is concern the planned addition could shut down critical HIV work.
