Aden Duale A senior Kenyan politician claims nearly 600 “cases of homosexuality” have been rounded up since 2010. Gay Star News reports Majority Leader Aden Duale has stated that homosexuality is as bad as terrorism and said it should be treated in the same way. Responding to claims Kenya is not doing enough to stamp out the ‘scourge of homosexuality’, he said 595 “cases of homosexuality” have been dealt with legally since 2010. He says Kenya is actually doing more than Uganda. “We need to go on and address this issue the way we want to address terrorism,” he said. “It’s as serious as terrorism. It’s as serious as any other social evil.”
