A lesbian couple has been found dead next to a dumpster in a coastal Texas town, in a double-murder which has the women's distraught families seeking answers. A beer deliveryman discovered the bodies of Houston women Britney Cosby and Crystal Jackson, both 24, by a convenience store in Port Bolivar on Friday. Police say they had travelled to Galveston, a ferry ride away from Port Bolivar, for Mardi Gras. They believe the women were killed in two different ways, and that their bodies were moved. The couple had been together for two years and Jackson was mum to a five-year-old daughter. Cosby’s Kia Sorrento is missing and could be key to the inquiry. Their families have issued emotional pleas for the public to help find whoever is responsible. "What did they do to you to kill my sister? You beat my sister up and you just, you messed her up to the point she can't breathe no more," Jackson's sister, Lequetia Jackson, has told a local ABC News affiliate. In 2012 a lesbian couple was shot in a park in another coastal Texas town, Portland, some four hours drive away. Mollie Olgin, 19, was killed and her girlfriend Mary Christine Chapa, 18, was critically hurt. Chapa had to learn to walk and speak all over again. The shooter has never been found.
