Thu 6 Mar 2014 In: New Zealand Daily News View at Wayback

Not gay: Kevin Locke A Warriors player has taken to Twitter to let his followers know he’s straight, after a teammate apparently fake-outed him as a prank. APNZ reports a tweet on Kevin Locke’s account read: "Think I might be gay...RT if ur not against it." It was deleted, and the league player then wrote “Sorry everyone someone got phone my got hacked. I'm not. Lol I wonder who hey,” and “Im not gay sorry. Hahaha.” He blames another player for the tweet. One person has responded ‘dnt lye fgt’, which it can be assumed translates to ‘don’t lie faggot’. However other fans are much more open-minded, writing ‘didnt matter either way bro you still one of favs’ and ‘power to da people’. Locke, 24, has more than 18,000 Twitter followers. He and fiancée Hannah Mackinven have a young son together.
