The state-by-state momentum continues for marriage equality in the US, with a Federal judge now striking down Oklahoma’s ban on same-sex marriage. Senior District Judge Terence Kern has declared it a fundamental violation of equal rights. Gay couples can’t immediately marry, with the ruling pending resolution of a similar challenge to Utah's ban on same-sex marriage.
