Colin Craig A third of people who took part in a new poll say Colin Craig’s views are “too extreme”, while even more have no opinion of him at all. The Herald-DigiPoll was carried out after all the media attention the homophobic Conservative Party leader garnered when he spoke about his views on moon landings and chemtrails. A quarter of the 750 people questioned said he was a welcome addition to political debates while 33 per cent said his views were "too extreme". The remaining 43 per cent said they did not know. It found he also appeals more to men than women, with 30 per cent of the men saying he was a welcome addition, compared with 18 per cent of women. The poll was taken between December 9 and 17 and has a margin of error of 3.6 per cent. Craig's Conservatives are a potential coalition partner for National, should the minnows make it into Parliament in this year's election.
