Jenny Harding’s dog Alice needs an eye removed after the violence, in which her van was defaced with the words: 'Die filthy queer'. “I just feel sad that this has happened. It is a scary thing to happen in this day and age,” Harding, who is bisexual, says. Guernsey police are investigating the attack and vandalism as a homophobic hate-crime.
