Hayden Miles Hayden Miles' family says it's outrageous that an appeal by his killer could ever be entertained. The gay teenager was beaten to death, then dismembered, by Gavin Gosnell in a Christchurch flat in August 2011. Gosnell has now lodged an appeal.
