Hayden Miles The Christchurch flat where gay teenager Hayden Miles was beaten to death has been marked for demolition. Residents at the block of flats at 612 Cashel St have been given notice to vacate the premises by mid next month, ahead of settlement date, Fairfax reports. They have been told the deteriorating house, divided into four flats, will be demolished and replaced with town houses. The flat where Miles was murdered by Gavin Gosnell is vacant.
