Lesbians and all queer women are invited to the second Biggest Lesbian Coffee Break celebrating fair trade coffee and chocolate in Auckland this afternoon. Organisers say the coffee break is returning after a successful inaugural event during Fair Trade Fortnight 2012, which attracted more than 60 women and calls for it to be held more regularly. Paying $5-$15 enables women to taste three different fair trade coffees and chocolates as well as enjoy a range of lesbian home baking. There will also be fair trade tea and drinking chocolate. Singer-songwriter Sam RB will perform live. The event is organised by members of the Sandringham lesbian brunch group and will be held at the Grey Lynn Community Centre, 510 Richmond Rd, Grey Lynn from 2.30 to 4.30pm on Sunday 12 May.
