Solidarity the focus of 30th Candlelight Memorial

Sun 12 May 2013 In: New Zealand Daily News

The 30th annual AIDS Candlelight Memorial will be marked across the country next Sunday. New Zealand will join grassroots organisations worldwide to raise awareness around HIV, stand together with people living with HIV and remember loved ones lost to HIV and AIDS. This year's theme is "in solidarity," which is about emphasising the need for people living with and affected by HIV to join hands and work together in the response. Details of national services on Sunday 19 May: Auckland 6pm - St Matthews in the City Cnr Hobson
