Hackers keep up attacks on Family First sites

Thu 9 May 2013 In: New Zealand Daily News View at Wayback

The woes continue for Family First, with two of the lobby group’s websites under attack from hackers. For the second time since marriage equality bill passed, the group’s main website and its ‘protect marriage’ site had to be removed by their host, due to a heavy attack last night. In March, a video was released in which a group called “Anonymous” said it has engaged “Op Family First”. Anonymous is known for distributed denial of service and website defacement attacks.
