Levi Hirsch The new Go Girls line-up will be unveiled tonight, with a gay character joining the group of North Shore friends in the home-grown TV series. After four seasons the original Go Girls have moved on, making way for a whole new group who will reveal their ‘quests’ in the season premiere on 30 April. Among the characters is 25-year-old Levi Hirsch, played by Leon Wadham, a character whose bio says he is gay but he doesn't make a song and dance about it. “Actually, he's quite fond of a song and a dance, but he's never had issues about his sexuality - at least, not since he was outed kissing the school jock.” His best friend is another main character, Ted. “When Levi's sexual preference was revealed it didn't faze Ted (although it did make him more rampantly hetero for a while) and he and Levi have been tight ever since,” his bio adds. The new season starts tonight at 8.45PM on TV2.
