Gay conman offers guilty plea to 76 charges

David Nepia Carroll 11.10AM: In a surprise move gay conman David Nepia Carroll has just offered guilty pleas to 76 charges relating to theft of a car, cash and property from a number of victims, mostly gay, in a crime spree committed earlier this year throughout the northern North Island. One charge, relating to the alleged theft of a black leather jacket valued at $800 has been withdrawn. The total number of charges Carroll, sometimes known as David or Samuel Palmer, has now been confirmed at 76. Carroll had earlier entered not guilty pleas to the charges.
