Tue 8 Jan 2013 In: New Zealand Daily News View at Wayback

Ali Mau Ali Mau will be one of the hosts of the new TV One current affairs show Seven Sharp, which is replacing Close Up. The bisexual journalist and presenter will be joined by Greg Boyed and comedian Jesse Mulligan. "I’m thrilled to be part of this, particularly as the Seven Sharp team is such a strong one both journalistically and creatively,” Mau says in a statement. “I’m really looking forward to working alongside Greg and Jesse in the studio, both of whom bring a wicked sense of humour and depth of knowledge to the show. The only difficult part of the decision was leaving Fair Go, as I’ve loved it so much, and I’ll miss working alongside my Fair Go colleagues day to day.” You can discuss this gay New Zealand community news story in the GayNZ.com Forum here
