Thu 13 Sep 2012 In: New Zealand Daily News View at Wayback

A celebration of the life of Geoffrey “Nana” Busch will be held at Wellington’s St James Theatre tomorrow afternoon. The 47-year-old Wellington identity died in a hospice on Monday after a battle with cancer. He is survived by his partner Etienne, who he joined with in a hospital bedside civil union last week. Busch is described in his obituary as “a fabulous soul who brought joy and colour to every life he touched.” A celebration of his life will be held at the St James on Courtenay Place at 1PM Friday, followed by cremation.
