Alastair Cameron New Zealand AIDS Foundation chairman and lawyer Alastair Cameron has been appointed Labour leader David Shearer’s new chief of staff. It comes after the resignation of former MP Stuart Nash from the role. Cameron is friends with Labour deputy Grant Robertson, and worked as an advisor to Marion Hobbs when she was Environment Minister. He has been chairman of the NZAF Board since November 2009.
