Glbti police recruitment seminar planned

The police tent at the Big Gay Out A special police recruitment seminar is being set up in Auckland specifically for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and intersex people who are interested in joining the police. It comes after a recruitment information tent was run at the Big Gay Out and was inundated with interest. At the planned seminar on 6 March, Diversity Liaison Officers will be on hand to answer any questions about working for the police on the frontline. The seminar is dependent on numbers, so anyone interested should email andrew.mullins@police.govt.nz by Friday 2nd March to confirm their attendance. Date : Tuesday 6th March Time: 7pm - 8pm Venue: Police Recruiting Centre, 111 Great South Rd, Greenlane, Auckland.
