Police speaking with teen over Cottrell's death

Wellington Police have located the teenager they wished to speak to in connection to their investigation into the death of 43-year-old Radio New Zealand employee Phillip Cottrell. Officer in charge of the investigation Detective Senior Sergeant Scott Miller says Police located 19-year-old Nicho Allan Waipuka at a Lower Hutt address earlier this morning. "We are currently speaking with Mr Waipuka who we believe may have been in the vicinity of Boulcott Street at 5.30am on Saturday 10 December 2011."
