Hayden Miles went missing on 22 August Christchurch police investigating the murder of teenager Hayden Miles have recovered human remains from a crime scene at the Ruru Lawn Cemetery in Linwood. Detective Senior Sergeant Tony Hill says the remains were recovered this afternoon from a location which is still under examination. A forensic pathologist has been assisting police at the site today. A formal identification of the remains has not yet been made. A post-mortem is expected to be held tomorrow. Hayden's family have been kept fully informed of today's developments. The teenager, who went missing on 22 August, had many friends in the glbti community, which his family appealed to for help in trying to find him. A 27-year-old man has been charged with his murder.
