Aaron Comis during the competition Mr Gay NZ Aaron Comis has placed 5th in the Mr Gay World competition in Manila. Comis has posted on Facebook that he is “happy but tired” after the demanding competition. The 32-year-old Cantabrian picked up the special award of Mr Gay Photogenic earlier in the competition. For the second year in the row a South African competitor has won the title. Francois Nel has also helped secure Johannesburg as the venue for the 2012 competition. It will be held on April 4-8, 2012.
